Welcome to the Yorkshire Cancer Help Centre website.

Our approach is to complement and enhance the effectiveness of orthodox medical care. Many people who have adopted this type of approach have discovered that the side effects sometimes associated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy have been greatly reduced.

We are located at the The Day Therapy Unit at Saint Michael's Hospice, Harrogate., and meet every 2 weeks. Do bring someone along to share the day with you. Support and help for carers, family and friends is an important aspect of the programme.

Our Aims:

To offer a programme of healing for the whole person, working at the levels of mind body and spirit.
To enable people with cancer to channel all available energies into the process of self healing.
To support and care for the needs of their families and friends whose lives are also affected.
To help those with cancer achieve a better quality of life.

Below is the schedule. Days run from 11.00am until 4.00pm

Centre Days are on the 2nd and 4th Saturday in each month.

You are welcome to return to the Centre as often as you wish.
