About Us

The centre has enjoyed 18 years of success since its doors first opened in 1989. It is run by volunteers, who are qualified in their field, who provide ways for you to relax and let go in a friendly and informal atmosphere.

Does it cost anything?

You will be asked to pay a small ‘one off’ registration fee, after which you may visit the centre anytime we are open, and benefit from the selection of treatments which are freely available.

What happens at the centre?

After an introduction with your carer you will have the opportunity to have a 'one to one' session with a Counsellor, a Spiritual Healer or a Complementary Therapist. Or simply chill out, and enjoy the special atmosphere at the Centre.

There is a vegetarian lunch provided.
